We will refund or exchange damaged items however, all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be in the item purchase amount plus applicable taxes, minus any additional expense.
We will NOT accept a return on an opened and, otherwise, undamaged item.
All damages must be reported to us at info@silversnail.com preferably with a digital photograph attached.
You must include in the box a brief note with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and the reason you are returning the item. Please specify whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Due to limited availability, replacements my not always be possible.
