All orders are processed and prepared during weekday business hours. Orders are shipped via Canada Post on Thursdays and Fridays only. Condition of product is not guaranteed, nor is anything relating to factory defects the responsibility of Silver Snail Inc. Any damage incurred through shipping is the responsibility of the shipper.

Not all available inventory is listed: please contact the store for additional inquiries.

We take great care to ensure all information is accurate; however, mistakes may occur. We will correct any mistake as soon as possible and notify customers who are affected. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

Pre-Order Information

Issues out of our control such as allocation, manufacturer cancellation, etc. may affect our ability to fill all pre-orders. Please note that these issues rarely occur and refunds are issued under these circumstances.

Combining Orders/Pre-Orders:

Orders containing a mix of available items and pre-orders will ship once the final item arrives in stock. If you would like items shipped to you as they are made available, please place separate orders. 

Shipping Policy

The use of a Third-party to ship means that we cannot guarantee the condition of the product and packaging once shipped.
