Returns & Exchanges

We will refund or exchange damaged items; however, all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be in the item purchase amount plus applicable taxes, minus any additional expense. 

ALL HOT TOYS, SIDESHOW, TRADE PAPERBACKS/GRAPHIC NOVELS, AND STATUE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We will NOT accept on an opened, and otherwise, damaged item.

All damages must be reported to us at info@silversnail.com, preferably with a digital photograph attached. 

You must include in the box: a brief note with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and the reason you are returning the item. Please specify if you would like a replacement or refund. Due to limited availability, replacements may not always be possible.
